Bachelor's degree programs in photography provide aspiring photographers the opportunity to learn about all aspects of digital and traditional photography, including darkroom development. These programs usually include general education courses; basic business courses may be incorporated into the curriculum as well.

Most of the colleges that I have checked offer a Diploma in photography to 10+2 pass out students. Be specific about the college you wish to pursue it from to get exact information.
If you ask me, at this time I would recommend you to complete your basic education till class 12th and then going for a professional UG course in photography for better career opportunities.
