Hi Siddharth,
Well, from both the courses, you may easily land up in the field of photography. However, I'd recommend you to go for a course in media and mass communication because it not only covers photography as a subject from the 3rd semester but also expands your bandwidth of understanding of other fields as well. You may in fact fetch a lot of opportunities from the course in mass communication and media more than visual communication.
I hope it clears all your doubts. You may ask for more.
All the best.

Mass communication programme is a co-related programme for your career goal. You can take your internship in photography within your 3 years duration and this course will provide you knowledge on how the media works and what opportunities are available for you.

Dear,
Both are having different prospects in career but inter related.
If you have an interest in photography then you may choose BJMC programme and do your project in photography only.
Through this field, you will get knowledge skills and opportunities.
All the best.
