Hi, You don't need to go to a college to become a wildlife photographer. You can achieve your certificate by doing a 6-12 months course through various photography institutes like Delhi College Of Photography which will provide you right information to shoot pictures of wildlife. Wildlife photography is a really interesting hobby and not a lot of people are able to convert it into an earning source.

If you are from Science Stream, then B.Tech CSE or IT will be better option for you. B.Tech should be your top priority if you want to work in the field of computers. And if you are from Commerce/Arts Stream then you can pursue BCA which will allow you to work in IT Sector. You'll learn 3-5 programming languages in this course, depending upon the university. Note that you'll not study designing and developing software, apps and games inside these courses. But you can study them on your own through internet. You can keep photography as a hobby.
