Very few colleges provide degree course in Chennai. You can also opt for a Diploma course or a media production or mass communication course that has photography as an integrated subject. There are various courses in photography at different levels. There are short term certificates and diploma courses offered by various colleges. Apart from that, you can also pursue MA/M.Des/MFA in photography if you want to take photography as a profession. It is nice to see that you have been able to put down in writing your dreams on paper. Cameraman is a very important position. FTII, Pune conduct courses for this profession. But, before that I would advise you complete your BE with good marks since this too can open many doors for you in future.
After FTII course, you can get a job. But, if you want only in a particular company, then you need to approach that company directly.

Yes, the M.Sc. course in media science does have photography as a part of their curriculum.
