The eligibility criteria for M.Sc in physics is that the candidate has to qualify B.Sc in physics with atleast 60% or BE. The candidate can also apply for M.Sc in physics.

Yes, you can apply for B.Sc Physics honors, but in private institutes and not in government institutes with these marks even if you belong to SC category, but you can pursue B.Sc after 6 years of your class 12th. Good luck.
