Of course you can. NepaL nationalities are allowed to study in India. Most colleges don't even apply foreign national quota for them. You can get a seat easily, either by foreign quota or normal seat. Under Management, you are guaranteed a seat.

No you cant apply for physiotherapy. Both are different courses. You have done a graduation degree and MPT is a allied medical post graduation comprising of Medical subjects.

No physical therapy is a purely practice based course. All curriculum including MBBS course curriculum.
