Both courses have good scope if you have good knowledge.
But if you consider financial earning then BDS is better. Also, it is possible to get more chance of earning in BDS as compared to BPT.

DPT courses are not recognized by any universities these days. The colleges offering DPT are fake. You can do a Bachelor’s degree of physiotherapy, which is for 4.5 years and follow it with Master’s degree for 2 years in specialized fields.
