Apart from tuition, students may need to pay additional charges such as registration & processing fee, matriculation fee, university development fund, study material & handling charges, and recognition fee. For example, MBA (Marketing, Finance, IB, HRM, General, Tourism, OSCM) students may pay approximately INR 8,000 for study materials, while hospital management MBA students may pay up to INR 8,500. Panjab University offers BHMS seats through PU-CET (BHMS), a separate entrance exam. However, NEET is compulsory nationwide for BHMS admission, per regulatory bodies and court rulings. Even if PU-CET is conducted, you must qualify NEET to be eligible under current norms.

Karaikal campus offers BBA (Honours) and B.Com (Honours) under its NEP-aligned undergraduate programmes, but it does not list B.A. (Honours) Economics among its UG offerings at that location.
The Department of Economics exists at the main Pondicherry campus, offering B.A. (Honours) Economics, M.A., and Ph.D., but this programme is not available at Karaikal campus.

To be admitted in to M.A. hindi in Panjab University (PU), generally there is no mode of direct admission; one has to pass an entrance exam. To seek admission into the postgraduate programme in Hindi i.e. M.A., Panjab University has its own university level entrance examination called PU-CET (PG). In the case of B.Tech CSE admission oriented to Pondicherry University, the applicants should have cleared Class 12 (10+2 academic subject), 45 percent aggregate (40 percent reserved category) in subjects Mathematics, Physics, and one of the following optional Subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, and Biology.
