Here are the steps to correct your PUCET application form:

1. Visit the official website of PUCET at.
2. Click on the “Login” button and enter your login credentials.
3. Once logged in, click on the “Edit Application Form” button.
4. Make the necessary changes to your application form.
5. After making the changes, click on the “Submit” button.
6. Download and take a printout of the corrected application form for future reference.
