The university offers numerous scholarships to the students, namely merit-based, means-based, need-based scholarships and financial assistantships along with AICTE PG Scholarship. Presidency University Bangalore has not released the 2023 placement details yet. However, the NIRF report 2023 is out. As per the report, 116 UG (3-year), 1,429 UG (4-year), 7 UG (5-year), 14 PG (1-year) and 480 PG (2-year) students were placed during Presidency University Bangalore placements 2022. The selection to BBA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university. Additionally, candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 40% aggregate can apply for the BBA and BBA Aviation Management course. BBA is a three-year course offered at four specialisations, namely E-Commerce & Supply Chain Management, General, Financial Technology, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics and Aviation Management. Candidates after completing Class 12 can send their applications for BBA. The selection is based on merit in the last qualifying exam.

The university conducts Presidency’s Design Entrance Test (PDET) for providing admission to BDes course. Apart from the entrance exam, the university also considers Statement of Purpose (SOP). The shortlisted candidates are further called for PI round. After completion of the selection rounds, the university releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The total tuition fees of BDes is INR 8.6 Lacs as per an unofficial source. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.

Candidates who have passed pre-university/ higher secondary/ Class 12 with Arts, Commerce or Science stream with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category and SC/ ST, Category -1 and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) category students from Karnataka) can apply for BDes course. Candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility requirements and submit their proof of eligibility during the document verification round. Any candidate found ineligible during the verification process, will not be given admission.
