Apply online for your PG admission. Some institutions may have an entrance exam. But, mostly your admission is based on your academic performance.

Presidency University, Kolkata and Bangalore are two different universities. I represent Presidency University, Bangalore, and I have very little information on the Kolkata one. I would recommend you ask the Kolkata people.

If you are non-resident of Karnataka and taking admission through national entrance exam, then its 5.60 Lacs. Presidency University Bangalore is better than others. You can check https://www.admissionmba.in/bangalore/presidency-university. The Academic Inputs are more and so the placements are better in comparison.
