Yes, Presidency University offers admissions to BTech course under management, reservation, and donation quota. The university has CET, COMED-K, and PGCET (Reservation Quota). Management Quota is based on the Presidency Aptitude Test & interview conducted by the respective schools. The admission seat will be offered on a merit basis.

The exact dates have not been announced yet. Last year the BTech classes were starts on July 31, 2024. It is assumed that the classes of his year will commence on similar dates.

To get selected for the BTech course at Presidency University Bangalore, candidates are required to complete the basic eligibility criteria first, which state that candidates must complete their Class 12 from the PCM stream with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category and SC/ST, Category 1, and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B) category students from Karnataka).

Furthermore, the selection process is based on the scores candidates achieved in the entrance examination, followed by PI and scholastic and extracurricular records. Check out the detailed selection process in the table below:

Presidency University does not take admission to any course based on scores obtained in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) exam. To get admitted to any course at this college, the candidate needs to have a minimum of 50% marks in the previous qualification and a minimum valid mark in the required entrance exams, such as JEE Main for BTech and MAT for MBA, etc.

How to cancel the admission at Presidency University and refund fee:

Following steps are followed:

Submit Admission Withdrawal Form: Get it from the Admission Office and submit the same filled-up.

Refund Eligibility: In case you withdraw 15 days prior to the commencement of the program, you will be refunded with a deduction of a non-refundable amount of 2000. In case you withdraw after the commencement of the program, no university fee will be refunded, but the security deposit will be refunded after deductions.

Processing Time: Refunds will be made within a minimum of 30 days and will be done through cheque sent by registered post.
