It's definitely a new university and it's a state private university. However, if your getting in through CET, the fee is lower. On the contrary, if you get in through Management Quota, the fee is too high. It is a normally good university if you are not making into IISc/IIT/NIT/IIIT/ UVCE/BMSCE/RVCE/MSRIT/BIT/ DSCE when compared to Bangalore standards. I personally feel among the state private universities in Bangalore, Dayananda Sagar University (DSU) is a decent option and good for B.Tech. I would rate REVA the lowest in this cadre. However, Presidency has decently good faculty and they follow a curriculum of BITS-Pilani with decent

Placements : Since it's a new university emerged in 2015, there's no graduated batch yet. The placement offers for the MBA students in the university are really impressive. The promised placements are only redeemable on completion of the final year which no batch has completed yet. Infrastructure : The infrastructure is the best attraction of Presidency University. The campus is vast. Libraries, Sodexo, coffee day and many others facilities are available within the university. Sports are encouraged as we have a football ground and cricket nets. All the classrooms are large and comfortable. Every room has a projection screen with a proj

If you have done 11th and 12th level PCM decently, you will be able to solve most the questions in the 1st paper.
In the second paper about 40 MCQs had to be answered in 1 hour (negative marking was there). The difficulty level was way higher than what comes in WBJEE.
The difficulty of question papers in competitive exams doesn't matter much. What matters is how you were able to perform in that paper than the rest of the other competitors. Practice is the key.

This is one of the reputed campus in Bangalore. The placement is average ranging from 2 LPA to 7 LPA. The teaching and non-teaching faculty members are very good and highly experienced. The extracurricular activities are also good in this college.

It is almost impossible to get a seat with that ranking in Presidency University. Instead try getting through CET-Management quota with a slight difference in the fees and, I would also recommend you to apply for the interested course right away because the seats in that particular quota are limited.
