Hello,
The placements are almost 100 percent with the average package of 7-8 lacs p.a. and highest going up to 16 lacs p.a. Exam pattern is semester pattern.

According to me, Nirma is the best among these three institutes in terms of both placements and infrastructure.
The average placement package of Nirma university is 8.1 lakhs where as that of Welingkar is 3.2 lakhs. So, there is huge difference between the two colleges.
I do not have exact information about the average placement package of BITS but it is almost same as Welingkar.
So, on the basis of the placement packages offered I would rank Nirma University above these two educational institutions.

For PGDM core you need to have 85+ percentile . you can opt for sunshine courses if you want.

Hello, the cut off is 80-85 percentile, so you will definitely clear the cut off. Your selection will depend upon how you perform in the GD/PI rounds. All the best.

Hello,
I don't understand your question completely, but if you want to apply for the PGDM course, you have to apply individually by buying the form either online or by visiting the campus. If you want to apply through CET too, you have to fill the application form and mention CET score in it. Alternatively you can apply for MMS course too, which takes place via CET scores. Go on to Maharashtra CET site and go through the procedure of his to fill the college preference.
