For admission to its PGDM programmes, the Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research in Mumbai accepts a range of entrance exam results. Admissions consideration is granted to those who have valid scores on tests such as the CAT, CMAT, XAT, and ATMA. Every year, the cutoff percentiles for various tests change. For instance, the CAT cutoff for students in the General All India category is approximately 85 percentile. Therefore, it may not be possible for candidates in the General category to be admitted to Welingkar Institute with a 60 percentile.

Candidates who have completed their UG degree with 50% and a valid score in XAT, GMAT, CAT, CMAT, ATMA exam can apply online on the official website. Final-year students of UG degrees are also eligible to apply. Such candidates, if selected, will be admitted provisionally, on the condition that they meet all requirements. Post Graduate Diploma in Management, PGDM in E-Business, PGDM in Research and Business Analytics, and PGDM in Business Design and Innovation are just a few of the programs available under MBA/PGDM. The best course a person can take among all of these is always what they are interested in. In addition, PGDM is a better choice because core subjects cover a wider range of topics than specialization. Thus, you may choose core PGDM.
