Yes, Welingkar University is an autonomous institute affiliated with the University of Mumbai and is accredited by NBA and approved by AICTE. The institute was established in 1977. WeSchool Mumbai, Welingkar Mumbai, and Welingkar Institute of Management are some of the other names for the institute. The other campus of WeSchool is in Bengaluru. The institute has been ranked 73rd among the top Management institutes in India by NIRF 2023. Securing the 70 percentile in CAT is a decent score, and it may make you eligible for admission to some of the well-known management institutes However, admission to WeSchool's Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme is based on a combination of factors such as the candidate's CAT score, academic qualifications, work experience, and performance in group discussions and personal interview rounds.

Welingkar WeSchool admission is based on CAT scoring as well as further rounds. The college holds Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD) rounds also.
