Welingkar is surely better than NL Dalmia. Since both the programs are very different from each other, choose the one which interests you more. Considering your academic background, Healthcare seems an ideal choice. Though opt for the one which is in sync with your career goals. Thank you.

Especially for Finance, Dalmia is a slightly better choice than Welingkar. Though considering the overall placements and brand name, Welingkar is better.

Hi, Certificate in tax management is a 6 months part time course. The eligibility criteria is Candidate must be HSC Pass / Diploma (SSC+ 3 years) from the recognized university. So, you can apply for the course one you complete your class 12th.
