Students at PITM are encouraged to become involved in different activities and clubs to develop all of their skills. Ranging from college fests to anniversaries and farewells, there are many cultural events at college where students happily engage. As well, the institution arranges sports events and other activities to encourage students to work together, lead and use their creativity.

The college's the highest salary package stands at 5.5 LPA while the average is 2 LPA. Almost all placements are found in new companies and sectors outside the technology area.

At PITM, most students prefer B.E./B.Tech because of its wide curriculum and strong attention to applying learning in practical settings. The programme is set up to give students the technical expertise they need to be successful in engineering. Because of faculty expertise, excellent laboratories and cooperative partnerships, students are able to work with actual engineering projects.

Reserved categories require a minimum aggregate of 40%, whereas for others it is 45%. Applicants should also do well in the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, because admissions depend completely on the ranks in that test.

Priyadarshini Institute of Technology and Management in Guntur is an acceptable place for engineering studies, preferred by students in Andhra Pradesh. The institute is linked to JNTU Kakinada and supplies standard B.Tech courses. College buildings are complete and the lecturers are highly experienced. Platforms do provide placement opportunities, though they are not as good as those of famous colleges.
