You can apply for all 5 subjects, but I would suggest the subject in which you can get low marks apply for it. Thanks and best of luck.

Yes, you can do this, but you can remember one thing that if you are pursuing BCA from regular programme, then 75% marks is mandatory. So, keep in mind that attendance is compulsory otherwise you can do both. Improvement exam and BCA.

If you want to prepare for civil service then don't get yourself into B.Tech try some course like B.A, B.Sc. Take some literature course so that you can focus on civil service.

If you are going for a UG programme, yes, this score is enough. However, your 54 points in PTE can not be converted as 6 band in each module as you have mentioned. It may be equal, but universities will insist 60 in each. Nothing wrong in applying and trying for it.

Yes, you can apply for Australia student visa.
If you wish to study in Australia, you would need to apply for and get a student visa. The visa guidelines for Australian Student visa have changed and a Simplified Student Visa Framework (SSVF) has been initiated from July 1, 2016. As per the new visa guidelines implemented by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, Australian Government, all students planning to study in Australia need to apply for Visa under Subclass 500 with effect from July 1, 2016. You just have to fill Delhi University admission application forms. Rest will depend on the cutoffs of university colleges, if your score will lie under that, you can get admission. Good luck.
