No, one must apply for the PSEB supplementary exams before the last date. Students need to apply online by filling an application form and depositing fees. Now that you have missed applying for the same, you can sit for the examinations in the next academic year.

The Punjab board released the PSEB 12th admit card 2025 for supplementary exams in the first week of August. The supplementary exams of PSEB Class 12 are scheduled between August 8 and 29, 2025.
Students are suggested to finish their PSEB 12th syllabus, know the exam pattern well and download and practice the sample papers and previous years' question papers for better preparation.

PSEB 12th Compartment result 2025 was out on Oct 6, 2025 on the official website- pseb.ac.in. Students can check their PSEB Class 12 Compartment result 2025 using roll number.
It should be noted that the PSEB 12th supplementary result that is released online is provisional in nature. Students need to collect the original marksheet from their school.

Punjab Board conducted the PSEB 12th Compartment exams 2025 between August 8 and 29, 2025. The exams are held in pen and paper format. The Board released the PSEB 12th supplementary date sheet 2025 on July 20, 2025.

Students must score atleast 33% marks in each subject to clear the PSEB class 10, 12 board exam 2025. Students must score overall 33 marks out of 100 in each subject. Theory papers of Punjab Board class 10, 12 are conducted for 80 marks and students must score at least 26 marks to clear the examination.

Every year, over 2.5 Lacs students appear for PSEB 12th exams, of which the pass percentage is usually around 90.
In 2025, the total number of students who appeared for their Punjab board 12th exams 2025 is 265388, out of which 241506 students cleared the exams bringing the overall pass percentage to 91%. Girls performed better, with a pass percentage of 94.32%, while boys had a pass percentage of 88.08%.

Yes, PSEB textbooks include all the topics mentioned in the PSEB 10th syllabus and PSEB 12th syllabus. Students must thoroughly go through all the chapters from these books before they refer any other book.

If you fail in 2 subjects out of 6 subjects in PSEB Class 12th you will not be eligible to clear the Class 12th Board exam. However, if you have failed in 1 or 2 subjects, you may be eligible to appear for the PSEB Class 12th compartment exam. The compartment exam is a second chance given to students who have failed in one or two subjects in the main exam to clear their papers and obtain their passing Certificate. The compartment exam is usually held in June/July and students have to fill a separate compartment exam application form and pay the exam fee.
