Amity school of Communication provides limited number of courses where as Jaypee Business school has very much diversification in its course. Amity School of Communication is famous for its Media related courses and Jaypee Business School is well known for its Management courses.Placements from both the colleges have a high success rate and their too recruiters include Think and Learn and HCL. It depends on one's own interest to choose between these two colleges.

Yes, you can get into PTC Aviation Academy, Chennai with 70% in class 12th. The academy accepts students with a minimum of 50% in class 12th, so 70% is more than sufficient for admission.  However, candidates who possess effective communication skills in English, have good eyesight, and physical fitness, and have scored good marks in their 10+2 from the science stream can apply for admission. The admission process at PTC Aviation Academy Chennai will be further processed based on a merit list or any other criteria.
