Candidates applying for MCA have to give an Entrance Test (TANCET) and will be selected based on their score.
Personal Interview
Students (both from reserved and unreserved categories) have to register online at the UG admission portal of DU.
College/Course Selection
Once the cut offs are announced, students who meet the requisite cut-off have to select the college/course at the admission portal of DU.
Document Verification

Hello Lucky, You have done graduation in engineering from Kurukshetra University followed by MA from IGNOU. Right? Minimum qualification required to register for PhD is having a post graduate degree. This you now have. Hence technically you are eligible. IIT Delhi announces its programme for PhD twice in a year. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about doctoral programmes conducted and the procedure to join. You just need to follow procedure. That's all. Yes, you can apply. The eligibility criteria for MA in Public Administration and MA in Political Science is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Hence, you can apply.
