You can fill out the PULAT application form online on the Presidency University School of Law website - presidencyuniversity.in. To get the application link, you need to go the "Admission" tab available on the homepage of the website. Then, you need to click on the "School of Law" link or option.

The PULAT eligibility criteria to apply for an LLB (3-year LLB) course have been mentioned below:

  • A candidate seeking admission to the B.B.A.LLB (Hons.), B.Com.LLB, B.A.LLB. (Hons.) Programs should have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from any recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. Should an age limit to such admission be mandated by the prescribed authority, the same will be binding on such admissions. The PULAT eligibility criteria for the BCom LLB and BBA LLB admission are the same as the PULAT BA LLB eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for the three 5-year LLB courses have been mentioned below: 

  • Pre-University/ Higher Secondary/ 10+2 Examination Pass form recognised Board with minimum of 45% in aggregate ( 40% in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category)
