Top-tier private law colleges like Symbiosis and MIT School of Law, MIT-ADT University, are known for high placements for LLB graduates. But, you will also find some more law colleges in Pune that have their graduates get good average packages. You can check New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth, which has strong placement records, between INR  3.8 and 9 LPA.

Some law colleges in Pune do not require the national or state-level entrance exams and admit candidates through the management quota or on the basis of Class 12 or graduation marks. Colleges like Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU) and Vishwakarma University offer direct admissions.

You can find moderately affordable private law colleges in Pune with high-quality LLB programmes. One is Dr. D. Y. Patil Law College that has a total tuition fee range of INR 1.12 Lakh. Another one is Pimpri Chinchwad University that has an LLM within INR 1 Lakh, but also does not require any entrances, except a graduation score of 50%.

These good rankings not only prove the institute's positive reputation but also highlight its excellence across diverse domains, evaluated against the standards established by the NIRF. When evaluated against the ranking of the past years, it has been noticed that in the 'Skill University' category, the institute's ranks have shown stability in trend. In 2025, Symbiosis Skills and Professional University's rank is #1, the same as last year's rank in the 'Skill University' category by the NIRF ranking.

School of Government, MIT WPU Pune has not mentioned age limit to apply for a course. Candidates must only meet the qualification criteria for admission. Aspirants need to complete graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for MA.

The Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce which is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University has a campus area of around 2 acres. On the other hand, the campus area of MIT-WPU is around 65 acres in Kothrud.

Students who have 40% and more than 40% disability can get upto 40% concession on the fees of the programme. The fee concession depends upon the type of disability. The disability has to be certified by a medical authority which is specified by the Government.
