Applicants to the MSc programme at IISER Pune are required to go through the application process on the official admission portal online. They will have to register, complete academic and personal information, submit the required documents, and pay the required fee. Every year the application form is normally issued in March or April. Shortlisting is then done in accordance with the performance in the entrance exams and informing the candidates over the official site.

IISER Pune provides BS-MS specialisations in Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Earth & Environmental Sciences, Economic Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Geological Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences. The course blends lectures, labs, and semester-long projects. The wide variety enables students to explore interdisciplinary and research-oriented learning.

Admission to the BS-MS programme at IISER Pune starts with the submission of the online application form on the official website along with supporting documents and fees. Shortlisting is carried out on IAT performance and marks in class 12 science. The shortlisted candidates are then invited for merit list publication and counselling. Admission is finalized only after fee payment and seat allotment.

The qualification for the BS-MS programme at IISER Pune mandates students to pass Class 12 or an equivalent with a Science stream from a board. Students must also pass in the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT). The erstwhile avenues such as KVPY and JEE-Advanced are not taken into account anymore. This helps ensure that students are equipped with the necessary academics to pursue the integrated dual degree programme.

Christ University Pune (Lavasa campus) has a BBA seat intake of around 60 students. 

ISBM, Pune accepts CAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT, CMAT, MH CET entrance exam scores.

The admission process for both the MBA (General) and MBA (Dual-Specialisation) courses is the same. Admission to the MIT-WPU, Pune MBA course is entrance-based. Candidates need to appear in either CAT/XAT/NMAT/MAT/GMAT/MAH CET/PERA CET entrance exam and qualify for any one exam with a valid score. The final selection is based on the performance of candidates in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, followed by other selection rounds. 

MIT-WPU, Pune admissions are based on merit and entrance. Candidates needs to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% to 60% in Class 12.  Candidates with 85% can also achieve admission.
