You can definitely try for the admission for MMS in LLIM. But as you had already got admission for PGDM and I guess that the lectures have already been started. So, my suggestion is to don't waste your time and continue with your PGDM course.

You need to have passed 10+2 from a recognised university. Yes, hostel facility is available in the college.

You will get it cleared by fourth or after the payment due or the session starts as people withdraw within 1 or 2 months of session starting.

Your score is very good in MHF CET and also you have scored very well in HSC. So, with this score, you will get a good college in Pune, do not to worry about that.
