Hello Zainab,
BA is very generic word. Different subjects under this have different priorities. Normally speaking, if you are not from Pune University them its next to impossible to migrate only for third year B.A. Its better to continue in old place. Marks in TY BA will matter most rather than whether you had backlog or not.

Yes. It is decent enough in Placements. Hostels are good enough. Average package you get is around 3.5 lacs.

Not sure about abroad. But in Pune and nearby cities, you will get placed with a salary of 3.5 lacs average in MNCs, Banks, IT Company, etc.
