No, you don't have to take the CLAT 2026 exam to get admission in Chandigarh University. Instead, you must take the university's own entrance examination, the CUCET (Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test), which is very simple to pass. The best thing is that if you score well in CUCET, you can avail of big scholarships that help in your fee reduction. The best part is that the BA LLB Program at CU is really amazing and worth taking up. The department has  state of the art  classrooms, special law library, big auditorium, and two moot court rooms for real practice. One most distinct feature of the department is the

Absolutely, meritorious JEE Main 2026 with a pretty good rank opens great opportunities at Chandigarh University. Those with good JEE ranks are entitled to merit-based scholarships awarded to a few selected students on the basis of All India Rank. As per the recent scholarship programme for the academic session of 2026–27, students with AIR up to 25,000 can achieve a 100% semester-fee scholarship while those with ranks up to 1,25,000 are considered for giving partial fee benefit. In addition, the JEE entrance-gaining students are generally considered better during the counseling, have a greater chance in high-demand branches, and qua

Thapar's 2020 placements were strong. Around 72–78% of students were placed, with an average package of ~₹9 LPA and a the highest offer of ~₹43 LPA. CSE and related branches saw the best outcomes.

Hi.

It depends a bit what you mean by “with CA”  because Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)'s CA qualification is not a traditional “degree course” offered by a college/university, but a professional certification course which candidates register for independently.

What “CA” means — and why no college “offers CA” as a degree

CA is governed by ICAI, not by universities. To become a CA, you register with ICAI (through Foundation route after Class 12, or via Direct‑Entry if eligible).

That means no college or university can confer a CA “degree.” CA qualification is separate from university

Hi.

The placement situation for students of Chandigarh University (CU) doing MCA Cloud Computing & DevOps is — somewhat mixed. There are good signs, but also some caveats. Here's how things fare, based on recent data and student‑reports.

What looks good: CU's overall strength & some positive placement outcomes

CU as a whole (across branches) has very strong placement‑reach: in 2024, about 9,124 students got placed during campus drives. The highest domestic package offered in 2025 was reported as ₹ 54.75 LPA (though this appears to be for BTech students).

According to sources, the MCA programme — including the Cloud‑Co
