This Polytechnic College came into existence in the year 2004. Its courses were recognised under the aegis of AICTE engineering diplomas and have in house and industrial training included into its methods of modern teaching. With positive comments made on infrastructure, its ratings by the students went to 4.7/5 while having approximately a placement of 68 percent with an upscaling till 5 LPA packages. While it is one of the better options in Jalandhar, whether it is the "best" depends on individual preferences and career goals compared to other local institutions.

The sources cited do not specifically address the most recent cutoff dates for CMC Ludhiana's General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) program. However, the application procedure for 2024 is scheduled to start on April 19, 2024, and CMC Ludhiana administers an admission exam for GNM. Results are anticipated on June 18, 2024, and the test will take place on June 11, 2024. Since CMC Ludhiana may post comprehensive cutoff information closer to the admission dates, it is best to verify directly with them or their official website for precise cutoff ranks or scores from prior years.
