No, it will be tough to conclude as strongly as that but CTIMT is one of the most affordable colleges of Punjab. However, there are much better colleges than this institute such as PU, Chandigarh University, LPU Jalandhar, etc. These universities in comparison could be a little expensive but have better offering ROI than CT Institute of Management and Technology.

Delhi Institute of Computer Technology (DICT) works under the scheme of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology that comes under the Government of India. Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology looks after it.
Both (NIELIT, Chandigarh and DICT) being functioning under the Government of India offers various short term and long term courses alongwith lucrative placements. Hence, its different to say if NIELIT is better or DICT for PG Diploma. It totally depends of individual's needs and priorities.

National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Chandigarh is an autonomous society working under the administrative control of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MietY), Government of India.

NIELIT Chandigarh usually releases its PG Diploma cut off after the admission process around July- August. PG Diploma courses at the national Institute of electronics and information technology Chandigarh are highly appreciated.
However, the minimum marks required depends upon the course you choose. For instance, minimum marks required in PG Diploma in data Science analytics is 55% of the total marks in graduation in addition to mathematics being a compulsory subject.
