my CRL rank in jee is 475513 and OBC-NCL rank is 172825 can i get admission in any NIT or jac Delhi or jac Chandigarh mhome state uttrakand

Getting NITs at this rank is very difficult. The last year closing rank through JAC Delhi for outside Delhi candidates in your category were the following.
1. DTU : 26724 in PCT
2. IGDTUW : 48424 in MAE
3. IIIT-D : 29155 in CSD
4. NSUT : 25880 in BT
So from above your chances in JAC Delhi are very less.
