Quantum University Placement

The programme provides wide range of management education, interdisciplinary programs, entrepreneurship skill, communication skills etc.this year will be 12th batch of MBA and 10 batches have passed out and have been placed with best MNC's in india .our the highest package in MBA has been 14 Lacs and our average package is around 5 lakh. Every year almost 85% of our batch gets placed and the rest opt for higher studies like PHD. Some of the companies like HDFC bank, CocaCola, Axis Bank, Amazon, Flipkart and many more well known international companies hired students.

HI I have done my MBA in human resource management from quantum university Although the pandemic made my final year different to what was expected. The staff were very supportive and always were there to offer help and advice when needed. They also understood and took our personal life and wellbeing into consideration and were very understanding. Overall, my experience at this university has been pretty good. so according to my knowledge There are many sectors in which HR graduates can get highly paid jobs.

My friend from school used to be a student of Quantum University. She completed her MBA in finance and secured a lucrative job at Yes Bank with a package of 10 LPA. 

Students even get placed in companies like Mahindra, Emson, Genpact, Oracle, Vivo, and Flipkart with packages even higher.

The campus is visited by a number of big names for the purpose of offering jobs to its students. 

The highest package that was offered was as high as 14 LPA. 
The alumni network of Quantum University is pretty extensive but only in India, unfortunately. The same cannot be said about the alumni network in the case of overseas.
More than 130 companies visit the campus for granting placement. The reason for such renown is because the university boasts of a placement record of 100% which it owes to its quality of education which is high and strong industry interface. 
The Assured Placements MBA Program, or (APMP) has recently been started by the university which assures that the students are placed in jobs at the time of completion of their course.

As I  pass out student of quantum University.  I can say that the placement process here is well organized and student friendly . the University has a dedicated training and placement cell that conducts regular workshops, mock interviews, and aptitude session to prepare students for campus drives. many repruted companies like TCS, Wipro tech Mahindra, Amazon, and Byju's visit the campus every year . the process usually includes Aptitude Tests, group discussion, and personal interviews, with proper guidance and skill based training  most Students get place with good package and job profiles. .

Apart from technical knowledge,   Quantum also focuses on overall personality development and provides various internship and industrial exposure during the course. with continuous support from the placement team, or large number of students secure good job offers with attractive packages. the highest package go up to double digits ( in LPA), and average placements are also quite decent depending on the course and Specialization.

over all Quantum University provides an excellent platform for student to start their career with confidence and Real world skill.

Here are the realistic details:
    •    The university reports about an 95% placement rate recently (meaning ~85 out of 100 students get placed via campus drives). 
    •    For its B.Tech courses, for example, out of 300 students graduated in one year only 250 got placed.
    •    The average/in-median salary packages vary — for some programmes median salaries are around ₹6.7lakhs per annum, while the top packages are much higher. 

So, what this means for you:
    •    If you join, you'll have good chances (much more than zero) of getting a job via placements, because many companies visit and the placement cell is active.
    •    But you shouldn't expect that every student will get placed automatically. A lot will depend on: your branch/course, your performance, how much you engage with the training & prep the university offers, and how many students compete in your batch.
    •    It's important to check for your specific course (e.g., CSE, AI/ML, management) what the placement stats are, because “university-wide” metrics can mask variation.
    •    You also might need to be proactive — improving your skills, doing internships, being ready for the job market — to make the most of the opportunities.
