You must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent from a recognised board.
Physics and Mathematics should be compulsory subjects in your 10+2.
You should have also studied one of the following additional subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Computer Science (IT).
Minimum aggregate of around 50% marks in these subjects in 10+2 is required (some sources also mention slightly higher like 55% depending upon the specialization/seat category).
Admission to the course may be based on entrance exams, such as the university's Q-CARE exam, JEE Main, or state-level engineering entrance exams, with preference to those with valid scores.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the BBA LLB course at Quantum University are that candidates must complete their Class 12 from any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, the university considers candidates' achieved Class 12 scores for admission to the BBA LLB course and releases the merit according to that. Moreover, the university also considers the CUET UG and Q-CARE exam scores to grant admission and scholarships.

The eligibility criteria for admissions to BSc courses are that candidates must complete their Class 12 from Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 45% to 50%. Moreover, for admissions to BSc in Gaming and UI/ IX and BSc in Animation and VFX, candidates must complete their Class 12 from any stream with an aggregate of 50%.
The selection for BSc courses at Quantum University is based on merit, and for Gaming & UI/ IX and Animation & VFX, the merit in NID DAT (Prelims) will be given preference.

The eligibility criteria for admission to an MBA course at Quantum University differ according to the MBA course selected by the candidates. For admissions to the general MBA course, candidates are required to complete their Class 12 and graduation from any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, for admissions, the university accepts the valid scores of AT/ CMAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT, and GD/ PI/Cleared University examination. Here are the Admission Requirements for BA (Hons) in English at Quantum University:
To be considered for the BA (Hons) in English program, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Successful completion of 12th grade with English as a compulsory subject
- Minimum aggregate score of 50%
- Completion of 12th grade from a recognised board or institution as under UGC guidelines

To be eligible for admission to the BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics programme at Quantum University's School of Health Sciences, applicants must have:
- Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) or any equivalent examination from a recognised Education Board and must have had Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics subjects as major subjects.
