The basic eligibility criteria include a Bachelor's degree (awarded by a recognised Indian institution) with a final average of 53%-55% or above (comparable to a UK 2.2 Honours degree standard). This should be in a relevant Architecture, Science, Engineering, Management, or Social Science discipline, or equivalent qualification, which is acceptable to the university.
