The seat allocation results for the second round of the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) have been issued for RVCE admission to the BE programme. Using the first-round 2023 cutoff from the RV College of Engineering, the closing ranks for all BE specialisations ranged between 242 and 17630. For general category students to pursue specific BTech specialisations, a minimum RVCE KCET cutoff of 200 to 28000 rank might be required. Comparable ranges pertain to ST (2000–60000th rank) and SC (2000–54000th rank).

RVCE cutoff 2023 for admission to the BTech course is through COMEDK Seat Allotment result. Considering the RVCE Round 1 cutoff, the closing ranks for B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering was 169. BE CSE can be considered as the most competitive specialisation because of the most competetive rank of 169 as compared to other specialisations. In 2022 and 2021, the R1 closing rank for RVCE for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was 299 and 225, respectively.
