The question paper of RRB Group D will be available in 15 languages besides English and Hindi. The question paper is framed in languages such as Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipur, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, and Telugu. Candidates can select the language of the question paper from the option available in the exam login panel. RRB Group D question paper carries objective-type multiple choice questions. The structure of RRB Group D question paper is given below.

Application forms might be rejected due to invalid photos
Signature in capital/block letters
Not satisfying the prescribed qualification for the post
Over-aged or under-aged or Date of Birth wrongly filled
Multiple applications to different Railway zones or to the same Railway zone. In such case, all applications will be rejected and such candidates will be debarred from future RRB/RRC exams

The application fees for RRB Group D exam are INR 500 for all candidates except the fee concession categories. For PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/Economically Backward Class, the application fees are INR 250. The application fee can be paid online. On appearing in CBT, candidates belonging to reserved categories are given full refund of application fee. Those belonging to unreserved categories are given partial refund of application fee. RRB Group D application fee can be paid online using Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/UPI.

The modification link to upload the photograph and signature is activated after the completion of application process. RRBs activate the modification link for candidates whose applications are rejected due to invalid photographs and signatures. Such candidates are given chance to re-upload their photographs and signatures as per the specified dimension and specification. The steps to edit the RRB Grouo D application form are given below:
- Login using registration number and password
- Pay modification fee through any of the modes available for actual examination fee payment
- Ensure payment is done well within the date and time pres

RRB Group D admit card is released four days before the exam. The steps to download RRB Group D admit card are given below:
- Visit the region-wise official websites of RRBs
- Click 'RRB Group D admit card' link on the home page
- Enter user ID and password
- The admit card appears on the screen
- Download the admit card and take its printout
