Yes, it is possible to get admission at Rajalakshmi Engineering College with 15000 rank. The college accepts TNEA scores for admission to BE/BTech specialisations. The last round closing ranks for the General AI category candidates were between 6193 and 46008. Rajalakshmi Engineering College released its last round of cutoff lists for aspiring candidates based on the entrance exam scores, followed by TNEA counselling. The cutoff was released as opening and closing cutoff ranks across different categories for the All India quota. Rajalakshmi Engineering College cut off 2024 for admission to BE/BTech is based on TNEA scores. The last round closing ranks for the General AI category candidates were between 6193 and 46008. For OBC AI category candidates, the ranks closed between 11273 and 45496. For the SC AI category, the ranks closed between 93641 and 169968

The most sought-after specialisations at Rajalakshmi Engineering College were B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering and B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering as these had the most competitive cutoff ranks.

If we compare the M.Tech programme of SVUCE, Rajalakshmi Engineering College (REC) and CIT Chennai, we will see that REC and CIT Chennai have the same tuition fee at INR 50,000 whereas, SVUCE M.Tech tuition fee is varied. The total tuition fee of the M.Tech programme is INR 37,800 to 86,000 depending on the type of course chosen.

If we compare SVUCE, Rajalakshmi Engineering College and CIT Chennai, we can see that SVUCE offers more M.Tech programmes than the other two colleges. Rajalakshmi Engineering College offers 11 M.Tech courses whereas Rajalakshmi Engineering College only offers eight and CIT Chennai only offers three courses. SVUCE also has a more varied tuition fee, with total tuition fee of the programme at INR 37,000 - 86,000 depending upon the course chosen.

They won't allow students to write a review are student ratings.as I'm a passed out student os REC I will never recommend this college for students to study here . In this college they are money minded .when it comes to semester exam they are the worst humans I ever seen like the put maximum number of arrear to everyone for getting money from us in the name of arrear exam fees and revulation fees.money minded they are. Mainly any lateral entry students wants to study here please guys don't come and study here . College hostel food is very the worst. Okey placements are pretty good

To be qualified in BTech of Rajalakshmi Engineering College, the students need a minimum of 50% marks at Class 12. M.Tech and MBA also need graduation marks of minimum 50%. Marks obtained in entrance exam also need to be submitted for selection. Merit and counselling or interview process result in final admission.
