The normal eligibility criteria for AME is 12th. But many institutions accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th and give admission. So, do not worry.

Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.

You will have to check the same with the college as they do not disclose the fee to others.
