Yes, RGPV is a good state university. The university offers placements via its Traning and Placement (T&P) Cell. The placement drive is also conducted at the respective institutes. Out of all the courses, Diploma, BTech, and MBA are the most popular courses offered by the University. RGPV has a wide array of faculty comprising more than 100 teaching and over 500 non-teaching staff who are highly qualified and are eminent scholars of their respective fields. Most of the faculty members of RGPV are PhD holders of top research institutes in India.

The RGPV Bhopal is not ranked by NIRF 2023. RGPV is recognised by UGC and accredited with an A grade by NAAC. RGPV was established in 1988 by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Under its umbrella, there are five teaching institutions, 200 affiliated Engineering colleges, 95+ Pharmacy colleges, 90+ MCA colleges, and four Architecture colleges imparting graduate-level courses. The varsity also affiliates with 85 Polytechnic institutions that offer Diploma courses in emerging and conventional streams.

To check the RGPV semester exam results, the students must visit the official portal of the university. Click on the exam link and then select the 'Results' tab. Submit the enrollment number, method of marking, and semester number. Type the captcha and the result will come out. The student can download or even get the result printed for future reference. If the student faces any trouble, contact the university for any such case.

RGPV Bhopal offers four-year BE and BTech programmes under several specialisations. RGPV BE and BTech admissions are based on a candidate’s score in JEE Main, followed by DTE MP Counselling. To apply for the BTech programme, a candidate must fulfil the basic eligibility criteria. The criteria is that the candidate must have passed Class 12 with Maths and Physics with an aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved category candidates).

Yes, in some affiliated colleges students can get admission based on the scores of Class 12. However, under the University Institute of Technology, RGPV Bhopal BE and BTech admissions are based on a candidate’s score in JEE Main, followed by DTE MP Counselling.

The central library at RGPV was established in 1998. The library has a wide range of Engineering, Technology and Science resources. It includes about 71935 books, 150 Printed Journals, 09 publishers International journals, more than 20000 National and International Periodicals, 21 National and Local News Paper in English and Hindi, 25000 Project Reports, and 450 Bound Professional Journals.

Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya offers various facilities to its students. RGPV facilities include a library, gym, hostels, computer centre, labs, smart classrooms and others. The library has a large collection of books, magazines, journals, and many more. RGPV facilities also include indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students so that they can spend their leisure time playing games of their choice.

Students of RGPV Bhopal can avail of various government scholarships as Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya does not offer scholarships of its own. The basic eligibility criteria that the candidates must fulfil is that the candidate must have passed their Class 12 with 75% or above from the Secondary Education Board of Madhya Pradesh and 85% or above for the CBSE/ICSE board. To apply for the various scholarships candidates can visit the government portal and fill the form with the required details and upload the necessary documents.
