Yes, you are eligible for RIE CEE but your board percentage plays major role in Counselling. So, I would suggest you to improve your board's percentage, because even if you qualify Entrance exam, you need to score well in Boards also. If you are from CBSE, then just simply don't worry about improvem

No. You can't apply. Because you have to submit all your certificates and marks during admission.

RIE CEE is the name of the exam. It has different exams for all the courses. 3 exams are conducted. 1 for B.Sc. B.Ed. And B.A. B.Ed. , 1 for B.Ed. (Arts and Science) and the last one for M.Ed.
