RGU Guwahati BCom lasts three/four years and is further divided into six/eight semesters. The BCom curriculum at RGU Guwahati is curated to provide students with the fundamental knowledge in the field of commerce, taxation, business and management. It is designed in accordance to the New Education Policy (NEP) and follows the CBCS scheme. Students have to study core and elective subjects relevant to their specialisation, each carrying certain credits. Further, the curriculum also includes Value Addition Courses (VAC), Skill Enhancement Courses (SEC) and Ability Enhancement Courses (AEC).

The total tuition fee for BCom at RGU Guwahati ranges from INR 4.2 Lacs to INR 6.52 Lakh. On the other hand, the total tuition fee for BCom at ADBU is INR 2.1 lakh. At the time of admission to Royal Global University's BCom courses, selected candidates are required to pay certain one-time fees and the first instalment of the total tuition fee. The one-time fee is the same for all BCom courses. It includes an admission fee of INR 60,000, registration fee of INR 10,000 and a refundable caution deposit of INR 10,000.
