RRB NTPC

The final RRB NTPC post allotment depends on the CBT 1 and 2 scores, order of post preference, availability of vacancies in chosen zones. Candidates are required to enter their RRB NTPC post preferences while filling the application form. The eligibility attached to various posts are different. 

Candidates change but only for the specifc zones and posts they have listed. Candidates indicating partial prefetrences are considered only for those choices and not for others.

RRB NTPC post preferences cannot be changed once it is exercised by candidates. The posts announced under RRB NTPC exam are Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Goods Train Manager, Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, and Station Master in various Zonal Railways and Production Units of Indian Railways.

CBAT is conducted for the post of Traffic Assistant and Station Master posts. There is no negative marking in this test and is qualifying in nature. Candidates must secure 42 marks in each test battery (for all categories). 

The exam dates are officially released Railway Recruitment Board, the exam is from 7 August to 8 September 2025, In multiple shift.
