Yes, candidates shortlisted after CBT 2 and skill/aptitude tests must attend the document verification round. Candidates must carry the documents such as a pass certificate, identity proof, caste certificate, photographs, health certificate, domicile certificate, etc.

Junior Clerk, Accounts Clerk, Senior Clerk, and Senior Time Keeper post candidates appear for Typing Test. This test is only to screen candidates for the next round. Candidates should be able to type 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on Computer. Candidates are not allowed to use editing tools and spell check facilities. Candidates are required to type at least 300 words in English or 250 words in Hindi.

Yes, there are many books available in Hindi, including Lucent GK (Hindi version), Kiran's RRB NTPC Practice Book (Hindi), and others. Besides, online PDFs are also helpful for quick revision and practice. Standard books provide detailed explanations and structured learning.

Candidates can buy separate RRB NTPC books for CBT 1 and CBT 2. It is recommended to buy a separate book for CBT 2 as candidates need to practice more in-depth topics based on their post preference.

Candidates can prepare for RRB NTPC using one book for all subjects. There are comprehensive guides available for RRB NTPC exam that cover all sections.

NCERT books are usually helpful for preparing the subjects such as History, Geography, Polity, and Science basics in the General Awareness section. The standard of questions asked in the RRB NTPC exam is of high school level. The total marks allotted to the test are 100.
