Railway NTPC response sheet is released along with the answer key. It have the answers marked by the candidates during the test. Using this, candidates can compare their answers with the provisional answer key. They can also calculate the probable marks.

Few important points related to the answer key are given below:
- The correct answers in RRB NTPC answer key are marked with a green tick
- The question ID is mentioned on the right-hand side of the question
- The status of the question is mentioned on the right-hand side of the question
- The correct option chosen by candidates is displayed at the right of the question
- Objections can be raised in English
- Candidates can raise objections against the questions and their respective alternative
- The objections once submitted cannot be edited later
- Objections can be raised online only

Some of the important highlights of RRB NTPC answer key are given below:
- RRBs release the provisional answer keys along with the response sheet and question papers
- Candidates can cross-check the answers from the response sheet
- In case of any issue with the answer key, candidates can challenge it by paying the fee as prescribed by the board
- RRBs will release the final answer keys after scrutinising the challenges received against the provisional answer key

The tie-breaking policy of RRB NTPC exam is given below:
In case two or more candidates secure the same marks, the merit position in RRB NTPC exam is determined based on the age
Where the age of candidates is same, then the names are arranged in alphabetical order

The scorecard of RRB NTPC displays the marks secured by candidates. Besides, the scorecard comprises Candidates can download their scorecards by logging with user ID and password. The scores are calculated based on the number of correct and incorrect answers.
