SIRTE, Sagar Institute of Research and Technology-Excellence Bhopal Students qualifying for 95% or above in their class 12th exams, or secure a not far of JEE Main AIR not below 10,000 at the national level are allowed to get full tuition fee waiver. Under the AICTE-sponsored Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme, if the family income does not exceed INR 4.5 lakhs/year, and the student is pursuing Marathi state of Madhya pradesh domicile qualified in JEE Main so he/she can also get 100% fee waiver. Scholarships are being provided for the upliftment of high potential and economically weaker students.

SIRTE- Sagar Institute of Research and Technology (Bhopal) also provides many scholarships for students to provide them economic support under various categories. Merit scholarships, including a certain percentage to complete a fee waiver on the basis of Class 12 or JEE Main scores and class roll-based scholarships. Under the Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme, applicable for families with an annual income up to INR 4.5 Lacs and their students. Food (Hostel mess at Sagar Institute Bhopal, Quality of food in as per students SIRTE has mixed reviews couse some think the mess provides clean & fresh choicve vegetarian mess and some; well organised sitting, wide variety of options also available (twice a month specials on sundays and festivals). Others however say the quality of food needs to be better in taste and options. The school has introduced a new mess menu after the hostel committee took some steps to redress these issues by considering seasonal availability and student taste. The selection procedure for the B.E./B.Tech Course at SIRT-Excellence after JEE Main involves DTE MP counselling. Candidates have a minimum criterion of 45% in their 10+2 (Physics, Maths, Chemistry/Biotechnology) and 40% for SC/ST/OBC. Seats are given based on the JEE Main rank, the category under which he/she has applied, and availability.
Seats under the management quota are allotted through direct admission upon fulfilling the same eligibility criteria and according to merit or application to the institute.
