Candidates can join Sahyadri Valley College of Engineering and Technology (SVCET) by meeting the following eligibility criteria:
- Be an Indian national
- Have passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination
- Have a 10+2 with 45% aggregate
- Have appeared for JEE Main or MHT CET
SVCET offers undergraduate and postgraduate management and engineering courses. The college's selection criteria for all courses is based on the marks obtained in Maharashtra CET.

Sahyadri Valley College of Engineering and Technology (SVCET) has achieved numerous achievements in such a short time. It was established in year 2011.
The college has been:
