Review the exam content. Focus your studying on the sections you are least familiar with.
Master the sample questions and practice exam. For the answers you get wrong, make sure you go back and fully understand why.

Fees structure will remain same irrespective of training institute.
As I am staying in Pune, I have enclosed details of the institutes in Maharashtra state only.
Regarding Quality of institute, following parameters will decide the better choice:
1) Placement track record of the institute
2) Competency of trainer (In case of ILT mode)
3) Guest lectures & seminars from industry experts.

1) ATOS (Formerly Siemens) - I did my training from here. They are the oldest and have good placement assistence.
2) Genovate - They are also quite old in this field.
3) BPCL - You might have a chance to get a job in BPCL
4) Delphi
5) NIIT - NIIT joined sap education fray couple of years ago.
