Sardar Patel Education Campus admission to the BPharma programme is made if candidates meet the minimum eligibility requirement set by the college. For admission to the BPharma programme at SPEC, candidates must have passed the Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics minimum 55% aggregtae.

| BCA | Interested Candidate should have passed class 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board. |
| BBA | Interested Candidate should have passed class 10+2 with Maths / Statistics / Elements of Book-keeping /Computer Application / Computer Science, Botany / Zoology / Geography / Economic / Food Nutrition or equivalent from a recognised board. |
| B.Com | Interested Candidate should have passed class 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board. |
| B.Sc. | Interested Candidate should have passed class 10+2 with Science or equivalent from a recognised board. |
| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate must have passed or appeared for Class 12 or equivalent and secured the mentioned marks (40% for the reserved category). Candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subject. |
| B.Pharma | Candidate must have completed 10+2 (Science Stream) from single board with Physics and Chemistry as two compulsory subjects and Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology as optional subject as prescribed by the concerned board. |
