Yes. You will be getting your law seat at SASTRA with your rank mentioned. If you haven't got in 1st round of counseling wait for the 2nd round or 3rd round. All the best

It's hard to get CSE with your rank. You will get other branches. Fee structure- 75,000 per sem = 1,50,000 per year
Hostel - 10,000 per year
Mess fee - 3,700 per month.
