SASTRA is a private institution and its law admissions are done on the basis of exams or CLAT marks. No cutoff is out yet.

For sastra, there is no Cutoff. It is based on the 12th percentage.
Under Law, SASTRA offers five-year BA LLB (Hons), BBA LB (Hons), and BCom LLB (Hons) courses under the integrated Law courses category. Admission to all these courses is based on the CLAT scores combined with Class 12 aggregate taken in the ratio of 25% and 75%, respectively.

Hello Harshith Chittaru, it's a fact that deemed to be universities find novel and innovative ways to delay refund of fees to students who have cancelled their admissions. This, inspite of having instructions in place for this by UGC. You should keep approaching registrar for refund.
Best wishes to you.
