To identify a good college firstly SEE the college credentials it's ranking among all universities all over India and Asia. And check the connections with foreign universities for research, higher education. Observe the student to faculty ratio and finally visit the campus website and get all the information regarding the placements, infrastructure, labs, equipments. You can compare the NIRF ranking of various institutions also the reviews from various websites or from students will help you a lot.
